Salon Etiquette

We at Pulse Hair are committed to creating a memorable luxury experience for you, and as such, we request you consider the below points in our Salon Etiquette Guide.  By following this guide it will  assist us to provide the ultimate service for every one of our amazing clients…and that’s you!

Confirming your appointment
You are sent an SMS in the lead up to your appointment.  In receipt of this we ask that you confirm your appointment by replying Y.  If you do need to reschedule, please  phone us with at least 24hrs notice so that we can reschedule you.

Arrival times
The creative team at Pulse Hair understand that some days don’t always go to plan, although we try our upmost to be on time for you, we do need your help to make this happen by arriving on time or 5 minutes before your appointment.  If you are later than 15 minutes, we may not be able to achieve your entire booking request if it runs into another clients appointment time. We all know the domino effect and we try our best to avoid it.

Car Parking
Street parking is available. However, as Pulse Hair is located in the CBD we do recommend leaving time to find a park.  Car parking on the surroundings streets is approx. $1.20 per hour, with a maximum parking time of three hours.  If your appointment is longer than three hours, and your car is parked close by, we are more than happy to top up your meter accordingly.

Appointments Made Online
All clients who make an appointment using our online booking system are required to pay a 20% deposit using PayPal.  Of course your deposit will be taken off your bill at the end of your service.  Unfortunately deposits will be non-refundable if you are a no show or less than 24 hours’ notice is given to re-schedule.

Responsibility of Children
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times, and for safety reasons, do not play on the salon furniture.

Payment Methods
Payment for all services and products can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard and ZipPay. Pulse Hair chooses not accept AMEX or Diners cards as method of payment.

Cancellations
We ask that cancellations are made at least 24hours in advance of your appointment, and are accepted by phone, SMS or by coming in to the salon prior to your appointment.
